I have been planning my sons engagement party. I wanted to make sure everything was perfect because it was the first time we would be meeting his fiancee’s family. We spent a lot of time planning out the food menu and all of the details. We hired Essex County catering to handle preparing all of the food. They did an excellent job and everything worked out perfectly. We were able to focus on entertaining our guests and not stressing over the food. Now it’s time to start planning the wedding!
